Rep. Eric Swalwell joined Jim Acosta on CNN to focus on the Republican dysfunction at present crippling Congress and, specifically, Speaker Mike Johnson and his failure to stand up to Donald Trump and get just about anything significant carried out to assist our allies.
Pointing out how Trump one-handedly killed the FISA invoice reauthorization by submitting a Fact Social post and directing the Republicans to destroy it, Jim Acosta produced the level that we all know is real – Donald Trump is the true Speaker of the Residence. Can you consider if Barack Obama was directing Nancy Pelosi via Twitter posts??? It would never have transpired. FOX would have dropped their collective minds. But, they are fine with Trump executing it.
Putting it as bluntly as achievable, Rep. Swalwell stated:
“Standing with Trump when it will come to nationwide safety signifies standing with terrorists… standing w/Trump as it relates to Ukraine usually means standing with Putin, & standing with Trump as it relates to the border means standing with chaos & ailment”
Defendant Donald Trump does not place The united states 1st. He puts Trump to start with, Putin second. He does not treatment about any person but himself. He is not running for President to direct the place. He is functioning for President to continue to be out of prison. And the Republicans have collectively removed their spines, brains and souls and have offered almost everything absent in fealty to King Trump.
