Fox News hosts Rachel Campos-Duffy and Pete Hegseth disagreed more than whether or not the fatalities of innocent people in Gaza were being “well worth” reporting.
During a Sunday discussion about Israel’s war in Gaza, Hegseth downplayed civilian fatalities. But Campos-Duffy was anxious about “unneeded” killing.
“And you hope, and you hope that Israel does as a lot as it can to stay away from, you know, unnecessary [deaths],” Campos-Duffy mentioned.
“They are accomplishing that,” Hegseth gasped.
“But it can be well worth indicating,” Campos-Duffy made available.
“It is really not even worthy of stating simply because they are undertaking that,” Hegseth huffed.
“I am not on the floor, so I you should not know what they are carrying out and not executing,” Campos-Duffy opined. “I am indicating it really is all right to say let’s hope that non-combatants are safeguarded, that little ones are as guarded as they can, and that they are authorized to exit.”
“Any individual tell that to Hamas,” Hegseth griped. “I mean, it is why the wars hardly ever end. It really is mainly because we faucet dance, and we tap dance, and we criticize our very own workforce.”
“I am not faucet dancing,” Campos-Duffy replied. “I’m just, I refuse to reduce my humanity in this debate.”
